ReadableOps

Terms

Draft last updated July 25, 2026

What a paid order must specify.

This website describes the ReadableOps five-page agency website audit. It does not create a service agreement. Before work begins, the written proposal identifies the legal seller, scope, price, delivery schedule, support contact, and applicable commercial terms.

What the audit establishes

The standard audit records technical observations from the exact public, unauthenticated website pages and resources named in the order.

What it does not establish

Findings do not guarantee AI citations, recommendations, search rankings, traffic, conversions, legal compliance, security certification, or approval by any platform.

Implementation authority

Recommendations and developer tickets require customer review. No production change, credentialed access, or irreversible action is included unless it is separately scoped and explicitly authorized.

Agency branding and corrections

Approved agency/client branding cannot conceal the legal seller or misrepresent who performed the review. The standard scope includes no more than ten human-reviewed material developer tickets, one thirty-minute agency handoff, and one consolidated correction request limited to factual errors in the delivered scope. Additional analysis, pages, calls, changed facts, or production work require a new written scope.
